Aejy Alias is a business management professional with a background in psychology. He has over 14 years of experience in training, operations & personnel management. His body of work includes an extensive range of comprehensive Training & Operations experiences from various sectors of IT, ITES and Education, Dell, HCL, Dishnet DSL and iDiscoveri Education to name a few.

In the ITES sector, he had been instrumental in the transition of business process from US to India, building many cross functional teams, managing large production teams & building internal training organizations. He had lead organization level (worldwide) projects & professional development programs. He was actively involved in various aspects of Organizational Development, strategic management, leadership and teamwork through consulting and experiential learning.

Aejy Alias is a certified master trainer from many organizations like SBC, HCL & Dell & had conducted extensive TTTs & TCWs. As a Senior Manager - Training, he had hired, trained & certified trainers & had had eventually groomed many of them to managers & senior managers of the organization.

During his tenure in the education industry, he had managed the entire operations of the company in the south Indian states. His responsibilities spanned across business development, credit risk management, revenue cycle management, relationship building & customer satisfaction.

He had facilitated training programs for school leaders, principals & coordinators in Instructional leadership. He had also managed the ongoing training & workshops for 150 schools & over 4000 teachers in Innovative Teaching Methodologies.
