Murali is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of   Sales, Marketing & operational experience in some of the well known   brands in the FMCG industry.
           
He started his career with Cadbury India and later moved to Wrigley   India as Sales Manager and had worked across all the southern states and   western region. He was involved in many key activities of both the   companies, and had launched many products. 
He had the distinction of training the sales team across the region and   was involved in transforming many senior and budding individuals in   their professional areas. 
He moved to Africa and worked as Country Manager with large business   groups in countries like Uganda and Ghana.  His excellent sales &   marketing strategies had helped achieve deeper distribution penetration   for brands like Nestle, Perfetti & Reckitt Benkiser., which resulted   in doubling the turnover within a short span. 
His operations skills and selecting the right management resource at   every level has helped organizations in building profits. His creative   thinking and ability to manage change has been his major asset.   He was   also instrumental for the successful running of "Nescafe Open-up" show   & "Milo School Campaign" in Uganda which helped Nestle gain   leadership position for their brands and also played key role in the   start up of production of "Nido" in Nairobi.
Murali now takes an active part in VwinN business consulting solutions   and helps organizations during its incubation stage in India and helps   organizations start operations at ease.
