His core competency being Marketing and Business Development, Shantanu has had wide exposure in developing businesses both in India and overseas, across several product lines. He has served as a Country Manager of a Japanese Trading company, Vice President of an IT Hardware company and Vice President of an IT Infrastructure Services Company. He served his last company as a Country Manager of an IT Security company.

Additionally, Shantanu is an internationally certified Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization expert.

Shantanu is known for his powerful presentation and persuasion skills and is also a sought after speaker on various topics of business, life and communication skills. He is today spearheading the business development for VwinN along with delivering the internationally acclaimed 7 Triggers to YES Program as a Master Trainer. Shantanu blends his wide experience in various business verticals along with exceptional interpersonal skills to make learning fun and interactive!
